  • We recently engaged Kindred to run a 360 feedback process as part of the Chorus Emerging Leaders Programme. Kindred designed a bespoke 360 aligned to our Chorus values and leadership practices, took care of the communication and administration of the 360s, and produced feedback reports customised to our objectives for the programme. For many of the Emerging Leaders, this was their first experience of participating in a 360 feedback, and some were nervous about the report feedback. The reports helped them identify their strengths and development areas, and provided them with increased insight by being more aware of others’ perceptions and observations of their performance. A number of the participants have used their 360 feedback report to set some of their goals for the year, and refer to the report often. The project was very well managed throughout and I found Kate and George professional, timely and easy to deal with. I look forward to future projects with Kindred.
